I have opened the Excel file on a second Mac (only other one available here) and it looks normal on the other Mac as well. If you have the mac person create a new one with a few bits of fake data and send that to the pc, does it do the same? I'm wondering - although at the moment I can't even convince myself how this would be possible, that is has something to do with screen resolution on the mac vs PC
